Fruit Lassi

Indian Milk Beverage

Ingredients:

2 cups whole milk yogurt
2 cups ice water
1 cup cold milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon rosewater
{2 cubed mangos OR 5 sliced bananas}
toasted sliced almonds

Directions:

1.) Put all ingredients (except almonds) in a blender, blend until smooth

2.) Serve with ice cubes and sprinkle with almonds

SERVES 4-6
