Semifinals

Her is the deal: 

The ones that are pretty much unanimous, as in like, 3 or more people voted for them, are embolded, and the ones that like 1 or 2 people really wanted I put in parentheses. 

This kind of doesn't apply to Joe or Ben or Colin or John because they still have stuff that not everyone has seen. For theirs, I just put some in neither bold or parens because I wasn't sure.

Hopefully we'll be able to fit everything that anyone wants in the book, but maybe we should all comment if we want something that isn't here or is in parentheses.
